Andrea has been elected as osne of the winners of the Canadian photographic
competition called Magenta Publishing for the Arts - Emerging
Photographers 2007, and her work will be exhibited in Totonto on October
2007, as well as being published in a book format.

Andrea has been selected as one of the winners for the photographic competition
called Photo Espana 2007 - Descubrimientos,
and her work entitled "Pomerode - The hidden Germany inside Brazil was
exhibited at the Arts Contemporary Meseum in Madrid on June 2007.

CHEGADOS,
June 2007
the series on immigration and contemporary Brazilian identity developed and
directed by Paula Cosenza and Tuca Paoli was the winner of Canal Futura’s
2006 Pitching. The research is by historian Palena Duran. Mixing video, stills
photography, animation and original music compositions, through the life stories
of famous and anonymous personalities, “Chegados” crosses 13 cultures
in 13 programs, each dedicated to one nation. (Japan, Russia, Italy, Spain,
Armenia, Hungary, Germany, Portugal, China, Lebanon, Chile, Mozambique and
