madremedia.org is a collective of women media workers. Our aim is to give exposure to the excellent (but often misrepresented)media work done by and about women as well as creating a space for discussion and collaboration.

From documentaries for TV channels such as the BBC, Channel 4 and Australian SBS to art videos installations, fiction films, photo reportage and photographic exhibitions, our work is as varied and multicultural as our TEAM. Our films have been praised in prestigious international film festivals. We work together as well as individually as freelancers, in a variety of productions roles.
